Trip to Taipei - The Start Of An Awesome Adventure (Part 2)

Alright, I am back. Now is the holidays, so I found time to continue blogging. Ok, let's continue. Where were we? Oh ya, XIMENDING. So, we were there for the Poop Cafe. Its very unique with the seats all being toilet seats.

Yes these are what we seat on. Then we ordered the food which are actually pretty delicious honestly. Also, the food were served in toilet-bowls. Basically, everything in the cafe were toilet-ish.

We ordered too much actually. Can't remember if we finished everything but even if we did, i am sure we suffered in the process of it. If i remember correctly, one of us also accidentally spilled some curry into the drink. Or did the food dropped into the food? Well, something did drop into the cup, or should i say toilet-cup. Ok, i'm lame. 

Yes, we ate poop. But the poop was cute.

Ok, this poop cafe, i would say that if you never visit it before, you should give it a try. You won't puke on the sight of all these, you might giggle a little. It is weird to say this, but the toilet-bowls will make you want to eat the food out of them. Oh but when we left the place, the cafe starts to get crowded. No long line but the place is small so if you don't want to wait, go early. We enter the cafe just when it opens. 

After the food, we went around shopping at XIMENDING. I didn't really buy much. But i bought a cap for my brother which he always wanted. I feel like i am such a great brother. Hahaha. While walking around, of course we took selfies. These are "live" photos. But it doesn't work here so i am sorry cause the "live" photos are more epic.

We went back to our apartment during the evening. Finally we could unpack and get some rest. The plan was suppose to go to Ning Xia night market for dinner. However, we ended up calling MacDonald. The MacDonald at Taiwan was indeed different, the fries and drinks was of course no difference. But there are some burgers that Singapore does not have. The one i ordered was some kind of pork burger, which was pretty good.

This is the only photo i have of our room. So you just gotta imagine the rest. There is a TV which is in front of Caroline, she was watching it. Then there is a toilet in front of the bed on the left. I would say the room is quite small, but that makes the room cosy isn't it.

Next comes day 2, the second day of our adventure in Taiwan. Caroline got better on the 2nd day, which was lucky cause we were gonna climb a mountain on day 2. In the morning, we went to WUFENPU. I can't remember where was the exact location we bought our breakfast but it was somewhere in WUFENPU, and it was street food. Ok, honestly, from the photos of the food i took, i can't remember where or when i bought them. So i will have a post next time with all the food photos. We went around WUFENPU to shop too. I bought a shirt for myself this time.

Next we went mountain climbing. The mountain is apparently called Elephant Mountain. We came to the decision of climbing the mountain because we want to see the sunset. We went early to make sure we can reach the top of the mountain in time to catch the sun.

That was the plate at the bottom of the mountain, where we began our climb. Alright, i will stop here, i will continue from where i left off another time. -End of Blog-
